The AvivaSA “Digital Garage” is a penthouse office intervention designed by TeamFores Architecture within the AvivaSA Headquarters in Istanbul. Occupying 185 m², the project reinterprets the workplace as a flexible, industrial-inspired environment that supports collaboration, creativity and informal working patterns.

Organised as a series of adaptable zones rather than fixed rooms, the office is defined by lightweight, reconfigurable partitions that allow spaces to shift between meeting, presentation and focused work settings. This fluid layout encourages interaction while maintaining acoustic and visual separation where required.

Materially, the design combines timber, steel and wire mesh elements to create a robust yet warm industrial character. Integrated furniture systems and bespoke pieces support a highly flexible working environment, enabling users to reconfigure spaces in response to changing needs.

A strong emphasis is placed on informality and wellbeing, with a variety of relaxed working settings, including lounge-style seating and informal meeting corners. The terrace extends the workspace outdoors, introducing a social dimension through playful, adaptable furniture arrangements.

Colour is used strategically to reinforce identity and orientation, while linear lighting elements define the spatial rhythm of the interior.

The result is a compact yet highly dynamic workplace that reflects a contemporary, agile approach to office design balancing functionality, creativity and user experience within a single continuous space.
