1477 Restaurant Spain
Dixon + Partners were asked to create the new name and brand identity for a Catalan inspired destination restaurant at Hotel Camiral.
The name 1477 originates from a key moment in the culinary history of Catlunya. It was in this year that Robert de Nola (chef to King Ferdinand I of Naples) penned ‘Libre del Coch’, the very first cookbook to be written in the Catalan language.
The pursuit of beauty for David Collins Studio comes with a powerful sense of permanence. Materials are selected for their qualities, to age beautifully and as a response to the architecture and the particular use of each space.
