Turkcell Tepebasi Plaza Management Office

Designed by Dixon + Partners Architecture, the Turkcell Tepebaşı Plaza Executive Floor spans 750 m² and brings together Turkcell’s corporate identity with a natural, understated and dynamic workplace concept.

Every element of the space from interior detailing and lighting fixtures to ventilation, heating and cooling systems, and bespoke furniture has been carefully considered and resolved with site-specific design solutions. The use of natural materials such as timber and marble, a restrained colour palette, and furniture selections defined by clean, purist lines all contribute to a refined interior language that supports and reflects the brand identity without competing with the inherent character of the materials.

To enhance the sense of openness and perceived ceiling height, a three-dimensional ceiling treatment has been introduced, while vertical and linear timber elements are used across wall surfaces and internal partitions. Custom marble applications feature bookmatched finishes on walls and vein-matched layouts across flooring. Acoustic partition systems are employed between spaces, with tailored solutions developed in collaboration with specialist suppliers for flooring, wall finishes, and partition elements.

Given the intensive, near-daily use of the executive meeting rooms, a dedicated foyer has been created alongside a discreet, service kitchen exclusively supporting these areas. To ensure meetings remain uninterrupted and service is delivered efficiently, bespoke ‘V’-shaped meeting tables have been designed specifically for these spaces.
